Members should agree to the Terms and Conditions:

1. Applicants must be local, full-time secondary or tertiary students, aged 25 or below.
2. Membership fees paid will not be refunded or transferred for the use of any other person.
3. The membership card, tickets and quotas of the activities are non-transferable.
4. Membership card will be mailed to individual members by January 2009.
5. Members are required to present their valid membership cards and student ID cards for the entry to Young Friends performances and activities.
6. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society reserves the right to verify the identity of any member.
7. Members shall inform the Festival office if the membership card is lost. Administrative fee of $20 is required for the reissue of membership card.
8. Online membership account and latest news will be notified via email.
9. All activities have limited quotas and specific registration deadlines. Registrations of all activities should be submitted online. The registration will not be processed if it is submitted after the deadline or if the quota is full.
10. Allocation of quotas will be subject to different activities. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society reserves the right to make any changes.
11. Members shall endeavour to arrive on time at activities and stay until the end. Members should inform the Festival office one week in advance should they be unable to attend a registered event.
12. Members must obey the rules and regulations of venues when attending performances and activities. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society is entitled to disqualify any applicant without prior warning for violation of any terms and conditions. Fees will not be refunded.
13. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society reserves the right to suspend, amend and cancel this Scheme.
14. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society reserves the right to make any changes to the above conditions without prior notice.
